Infrastructure & Coding
    • Language: Advanced Python (Pandas/PySpark) and Java/Scala (Bonus).
    • Orchestration: Experience managing complex DAGs in Apache Airflow or Prefect.
    • IaC: Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation for managing data infra.
Architecture & Strategy
    • Data Warehousing: Deep knowledge of Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
    • Streaming: Proficiency with real-time processing (Kafka, Spark Streaming, or Flink).
    • Governance: Understanding of GDPR/CCPA compliance and data security best practices.
Team & Leadership
    • Communication: Ability to translate technical debt into business risk for stakeholders.
    • Mentorship: Experience performing code reviews and setting engineering standards.
    • Agile: Comfortable in a fast-paced, sprint-based environment.
